These are the terms of use of Panna Knock Out - component of Sportservice Noord-Holland BV, Unit Evenementenbureau office and established in Haarlem - which applies to the services of Panna Knock Out entitled Panna Knock Out. Article 1 definition 

In these use conditions the following definitions are used, both in singular and plural.

Article 2 general

 2.1 The users apply these terms of use on all agreements and all other possible acts of law between Panna Knock Out and.

Article 3 Agreement 

3.1 Agreements are formed only when Panna Knock Out notifying the user by means of a written or electronic confirmation accepted. Panna Knock Out is entitled to refuse an application, it is not bound its reasons in this context to mention.  

Article 4 Services Panna Knock Out

These third parties are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of this information. Panna Knock Out responsibility for the content of profiles and messages no responsibility.   

4.2 Pannaknockout.nl Panna Knock Out offers and information placed thereon by itself, to the extent applicable law permits, on an "as is" basis, excluding any express or implied warranties, promises or warranties of any kind including (but not limited to) the exclusion of implied warranties in respect of entitlement to (property) rights, merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement of proprietary or third party rights. In particular, no guarantees Panna Knock Out: - Pannaknockout.nl that information is accurate, complete, timely, current, and not unlawful, including but not specified by the user (personal) information, including profiles; - Pannaknockout.nl that will operate uninterrupted, free from viruses, trojans and other faults or defects, and deficiencies can be remedied, and, - That third parties are not illegal its systems (will) use.

Article 5 maintenance

Article 6 Use of the service and providing information

6.4 Panna Knock Out reserves the right to change the text of the profile as well as on Pannaknockout.nl posted messages to shorten or modify. Article 9 Password

9.1 If the user receives a password Panna Knock Out is not authorized others to use it to make. The password is strictly personal.

9.2 The user is responsible for any use of the password and is responsible for all uses via the password of the service is being created. Article 11 Exclusion and dissolution 

11.1 Panna Knock Out reserves the right to exclude the user from any further use of Pannaknockout.nl, including through his account and to block or remove the user and the agreement to dissolve if: - The user in any way violates these Terms of Use; - Infringing the (intellectual property) rights of third parties; - Acts contrary to the laws and regulations in the Netherlands; - The user for more than three consecutive months following not made use of the service; - The user within 24 hours more than three (3) sends messages to the same user without first response to one such report to have received; - The user within 48 hours after Panna Knock Out an e-mail sent to confirm the agreement, at least once logged on Pannaknockout.org.   

Article 12 Secrecy 

12.1 The user acknowledges that under the Agreement has access to confidential information of other users and / or Panna Knock Out. Users agree to keep this information confidential. The user data will always confidential and not disclose and / or reproduced without the express prior written consent of the user or Panna Knock Out. Confidential information under this Article shall include all personal information in the profiles and information posted by users.

Article 13 supremacy

Article 14 prices 

14.1 The prices quoted by us are always exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Rates may include one-off advance amounts and / or monthly or other periodic amounts.

14.3 Amendments to the single advance amounts are as of now. The amendment will be published in Pannaknockout.nl. 

14.4 If the user does not wish to agree with the change referred to in Article 14.2 of the monthly or other periodic amounts payable, he has for two weeks prior to the date the amendment becomes effective, the possibility of agreement in writing .
Article

15 Payment 

15.1 The fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon termination of the agreement, for whatever reason, Panna Knock Out has no obligation to return the advance payments, unless the user agreement is terminated under Article 14.4.  

15.2 The user is required to authorize the Panna Knock Out by user fees by direct debit to write his Dutch bank account, except in writing or electronically via the website or e-mail, otherwise.  

15.4 If the direct debit fails, this is communicated to the user and add a new payment term set. Is not paid within that period, then the user automatically be in default without any notice or summons is required. The user from that time, without notice by Panna Knock Out, statutory interest on the outstanding amount.  

15.5 If the user default remains after the amount owed, plus legal interest, to comply may Panna Knock Out the claim for collection from hands. The user is then next payment of principal and interest thereon legal liable for the payment of all legal and possible legal costs, explicitly beyond any in court costs. The amount of these costs is at least 15% of the principal, with a minimum amount of € 100, - (one hundred euro’s).   

15.6 All payments by the user to Panna Knock Out will be deducted from the oldest outstanding invoices from the user, regardless of any other indication by the user.  

15.7 Any appeal by the user on suspension, deduction or credit is not allowed.

Article 16 liability Panna Knock Out 

16.1 Panna Knock Out are only responsible for direct damage as a result of set-up or grove debt on the side of Panna Knock Out. 

16.2 the total liability can amount to never more than total of for the concerning agreement stipulated compensation. If there is talk of an agreement with a duration of more than one year, then the stipulated compensation becomes determined on total of compensations, stipulated for, it the moment the shortcoming occurs, current year. 

16.3 under direct damage are exclusively understood the costs which the user reasonably has had make to repair the shortcoming of Panna Knock Out or raise, so that the performance of Panna Knock Out answers, however, to the agreement, as well as reasonable cost for prevention or and reasonable cost restriction of such damage for determination of the cause and scope of it. 

16.4 every liability of Panna Knock Out for indirect damage, among which understood but does not restrict to consequence damage,  has been excluded. More in particular is Panna Knock Out not to responsible for damage on the side of the user who has been caused by third parties, which use yes or no of the service or Pannaknockout.org. 

Article 17 protection 

17.1 the user guarantees that the profile filled in by him makes and by him information placed on Pannaknockout.nl, among which understood bulletins no violation on (intellectual property) the rights of third parties. The user protect Panna Knock Out for all possible claims of third parties in an only manner resulting from and/or link concerning with profiles placed by him and/or report entirely on Pannaknockout.nl, among which understand each claim which is based on the statement that the concerning profile makes and/or reported violation on (intellectual property) the rights of third parties.

Article 18 references 

18.1 Pannaknockout.nl contain references (for example by means of a hyperlink, banner or button) to the Internet sites of third parties. Panna Knock Out has no control concerning these websites. Panna Knock Out is not responsible for the contents of these Internet sites. 

Article 19 Security

19.1 Panna Knock Out is committed to fairness in all its systems to protect against loss and / or any form of illegal use. Panna Knock Out implements appropriate technical and organizational measures, including taking into account the state of theart.

Article 20 durations and suspension

20.1 each agreement is contracted for a period of one, three or six months, unless explicit differently has corresponded. 

20.2 in case one of both parties in state of bankruptcy touched, suspension of payment request or the management strike, have the other party the right the agreement concluding regard of a notice, and another one subject to rights. Panna Knock Out start to the point of its service directly after closing the agreement with the implementation of it. By contracting an agreement with Panna Knock Out for a membership of pannaknockout.nl you agree with all above. Consequently under Article 46i paragraph 5 Civil Code it has not been defined in Article 46d Civil Code right of the counterpart on distance agreements closed during seven working days without dissolving task of reasons, on the service of Panna Knock Out. 

20.3 the user has been at any time entitled cancel the agreement interim, for example by itself itself write out.
